From 11th to 13th July, 2017 at Lemigo Hotel, Kigali, Human Resource Managers from various Public, Private and Civil Society Institutions are pursuing a training on Human resource management themed “Advancing the Strategic Role of Human Resource Managers in Rwanda".

While officiating at the start of the training , Hon. Judith UWIZEYE, Minister of Public Service and Labour; reminded HR Managers that the role of Human Resource Managers is critical in accelerating the country's development.

“Human Resource Managers must be able to help create enabling environments for staff development, institutional bonding and morale for high performance. There is therefore need for our Human Resource professionals to be highly skilled and professional in order to facilitate human and institutional development.” Disclosed Hon.
