Dr. Eugene Mutimura, abayobozi b’umujyi wa Kigali, Abayobozi b’Akarere ka Nyarugenge, ndetse n’abayobozi b’Ingabo na Polisi mu Mujyi wa Kigali no mu Karere ka Nyarugenge, n’abandi bayobozi batandukanye mu Nzego za Leta, batashye ibyumba by’amashuri 33 byubatswe mu Karere Ka Nyarugenge, ibyumba byubatswe guhera tariki 15 Nzeli 2017. 
Umuhango wo gutaha ibi byumba by’amashuri wabereye mu kigo cy’amashuri cya Kivugiza giherereye mu Murenge wa Nyamirambo, mu Karere ka Nyarugenge.

Mayor w’Akarere ka Nyarugenge yanagaragaje ko ubwo bufatanye aribwo bwatumye barenza ibyumba byari biteganyijwe kubakwa, kuko Akarere kari kateganyije kubaka ibyumba 25 ariko hakaba harubatswe ibyumba 33, aho yashimiye ababigizemo uruhare bose.
